YouTube Integration Disclosure
Effective: April 11, 2026
This document describes how AI Orchestra integrates with YouTube on your behalf when you connect a YouTube channel via Google OAuth, what data we read and write, what we store, and how to revoke access.
It is the canonical, dedicated disclosure for the YouTube integration and is referenced from the main Privacy Policy.
1. Features that use YouTube
The Platform exposes YouTube integration through:
- SMM Planner (
/smm-planner) — schedules and publishes videos
(full videos and Shorts) to your connected YouTube channel using the official YouTube Data API v3.
A user who does not connect YouTube never grants any YouTube / Google scopes.
2. Data we read from YouTube
- Channel id, title, custom URL, thumbnail — to display which
channel is connected.
- Channel content category (where applicable) — for default
upload metadata.
We do not read your watch history, your subscription list, your private playlists, or any analytics not directly tied to a video you uploaded through the Platform.
3. Data we write to YouTube
- Video upload — when you click "Publish" in the SMM Planner with
YouTube selected, the Platform calls videos.insert on the YouTube Data API to upload the video file and set its title, description, tags, category, and privacy status (public / unlisted / private) based on the values you specified. No content is uploaded unless you explicitly trigger this action.
We do not modify, delete, or comment on any other videos on your channel.
4. What we store
- Encrypted Google OAuth refresh token (AES-256, per-row context,
stored in the user_youtube_tokens table).
- Your YouTube channel id, title, and thumbnail URL.
- Token expiry and the granted scope list.
- Records of videos you have published through the Platform
(id, status, timestamps, the title/description/tags you set).
5. What we do not do
- We do not read your watch history, recommendations, or
subscription list.
- We do not access any other Google service (Gmail, Drive,
Calendar, Photos, etc.) — only YouTube Data API.
- We do not share YouTube data with any third party.
- We do not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, syndicate,
or otherwise monetize YouTube data or YouTube API Services in any form — including anonymized, de-identified, or aggregated derivatives — in accordance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. We do not use YouTube data to build independent audience data products or to train AI/ML models outside the integration.
- We do not use YouTube data for any purpose other than uploading
the videos you explicitly publish.
- We do not transfer YouTube data to any ad network, data broker, or
other advertising / monetization-related service.
- We do not retain YouTube data after you disconnect.
6. Disconnection and deletion
You can disconnect at any time:
- In the Platform — click "Отключить" / "Disconnect" on the
YouTube connection card in SMM Planner. The stored refresh token is immediately marked as revoked and deleted from our active token store.
- In Google — go to your Google Account permissions page,
find AI Orchestra, and remove access. This revokes our refresh token at the OAuth provider level.
- Manual data deletion — email
ai_orchestra_main@ai-orchestra.net to request manual deletion of all YouTube-derived data associated with your account.
7. YouTube API Services compliance
This integration is built on the YouTube Data API v3 and is subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Use of the integration constitutes your acceptance of those terms.
